Our Women’s Kick Fit classes are fun and action packed and a perfect blend of different training regimes to get the most out of each and every session. These calorie burning classes are a fantastic way to tone up, lose weight, get fit and meet some lovely new people along the way!

The sessions are a mix of martial arts techniques and pad work. Each session will be unique and we ensure plenty of practical kickboxing using boxing gloves, focus pads and kick shields to keep it exciting, fun and challenging.
